THIS AGREEMENT AFFECTS YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN CLASS ACTION LITIGATION.

Arbitration shall be conducted by a recognized arbitration organization under its applicable rules. The arbitrator's decision will be final and binding, and judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction. Notwithstanding the above, either party may seek emergency injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to prevent imminent harm to intellectual property rights, confidential information, or other rights pending arbitration.
